What does water plant management software do?

Can BlueSale track 19-litre returnable bottles?

Yes. Bottles, jars and crates are tracked per customer: how many were issued, how many came back, and how many are still out. You can see outstanding bottles at any time and share a customer statement that lists them.

Does it handle home delivery and route sales?

Yes. Load a van, assign a route to a driver, and record deliveries on the phone as they happen — including empties collected and payments received. At the end of the route the day reconciles against what was loaded.

Can I manage mineral formulas and production batches?

Yes. Define each formula once, then record a production batch: the raw materials (minerals, filters, caps, labels) are consumed from stock and the finished bottles are added automatically.

Is it suitable for a single small plant?

It is designed for one plant first — setup seeds your catalog, bottle sizes, units and expense categories so you can bill on day one. Larger operations add more vans, storage locations and stores as they grow.

Does it work offline, and can staff use it in Urdu?

Yes. Delivery staff keep recording orders when the signal drops and everything syncs once they are back online, and the whole interface switches between Urdu and English.
