What does water delivery software do?

It records every drop, empty and payment when it happens: the route, the doorstep, the cash and each customer's bottle balance, so the evening closing matches the morning load.

Can riders work without internet?

Yes. Deliveries, empties and collections save on the phone and sync when the rider is back in signal — including basements and the edge of the city.

Does it track 19-litre bottles?

Yes. Issued, returned and outstanding are kept per customer, with deposits if you take them, and a statement that lists bottles next to rupees.

Is this the same as water plant management software?

They share a customer and a bottle ledger. This page is the round: routes, riders and doorstep collections. The water plant page adds production batches and mineral formulas for plants that fill their own bottles.

Can offices stay on monthly khata?

Yes. A home that pays per trip and an office that settles at month end use the same ledger. Riders can still take a part payment on the route.
